ImmoAfrica™ is a property portal focused on connecting buyers, renters, investors, and real estate professionals across Africa. We provide international listing exposure, lead generation, and digital marketing tools for estate agencies, as well as targeted advertising solutions for property-related brands.
ImmoAfrica combines listing exposure, multilingual reach, search visibility, and digital marketing to help agencies attract qualified property enquiries locally and internationally. Our platform is designed to support both organic discovery and paid lead generation, depending on the plan selected.
There are two ways to submit your property listings to ImmoAfrica.
Automated API integrations
ImmoAfrica supports automated API integrations with a wide range of real estate software platforms used in South Africa. If your agency already uses a supported system, your listings can be published automatically with no manual work required.

Direct XML data feed
Agencies using in-house or custom-built systems can submit listings via a direct XML data feed. This option is fully automated and straightforward to implement.

Featured (PULSE) listings receive enhanced visibility across ImmoAfrica, including priority placement within key sections of the site. These listings are designed to attract more attention than standard listings and are ideal for promoting high-value or time-sensitive properties.
Higher Organic Search Ranking means listings from qualifying plans are prioritised more prominently within ImmoAfrica’s internal search results. Ranking is influenced by factors such as plan tier, listing freshness, and relevance, and applies to organic results rather than paid advertisements.
For qualifying plans, ImmoAfrica includes Google AI-powered advertising campaigns that promote your listings across Google’s network. These campaigns are managed by ImmoAfrica and operate within a shared monthly budget. Lead volumes may vary depending on market conditions, location, pricing, and demand.
ImmoAfrica currently supports English, Afrikaans, Zulu, German, Dutch, Flemish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Swedish, and Chinese.
Each plan includes a defined number of languages. Agencies on the Professional plan can add additional languages at R499 per language, per month, per office, or choose a flat-rate option for full multilingual coverage.
Browser auto translation helps users understand a page. It does not help them find it.
Search engines, property portals, and AI search tools rank and surface content based on the original language, structure, and metadata of a page. Auto translated pages are invisible at this stage. They are not indexed, ranked, or surfaced correctly in foreign language searches.
Proper multilingual listings allow your properties to appear in native language searches, on international portals, and inside AI driven search results used by foreign buyers and investors. This includes translated titles, descriptions, locations, and filters. Not just on page text.
In short, auto translation works after discovery. Multilingual exposure works before it.

IMS (ImmoAfrica Management System) provides agencies with access to lead data, listing performance insights, and monthly reporting. Reports include visibility metrics and enquiry activity to help agencies track performance and engagement.

Response times apply during standard business hours and exclude public holidays.
All plans are subject to a minimum 6-month term. From month 7 onwards, subscriptions continue on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
Yes. Plans can be cancelled with notice in accordance with the terms of your agreement. Once cancelled, your account may revert to a non-paid state and paid features will no longer apply.
